Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (for example, if you changed your mind), you may do so within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Return shipping costs for standard returns (non-defective items) are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please send an email to contact@orthopeca.us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo or video clearly showing the defect.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost. Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or product, please contact our support team. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, include all original packaging, tags, and accessories, and be shipped back with valid proof of shipment.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. If you paid with PayPal, the refund will be processed immediately.
