If you’re not completely satisfied with your shoes or insoles, no problem! You may return them within 30 days of purchase, and we will issue a full refund.
Note: Return shipping costs for standard returns (non-defective items) are the responsibility of the customer. We currently do not have a return facility in Europe, so international return shipping will be at your own expense.
Defective Product Returns
If you receive a defective item, we’re here to help—at no cost to you.

Provide a clear photo or video of the defect along with your order number and a brief explanation.

Once we confirm the issue and verify that the product cannot be repaired, we’ll send you a replacement item free of charge.
Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us.
